I've noticed so many people lately hopping on the thrifting train. I really love the idea of thrifting but I don't think I have very good luck at it. Maybe part of it is that I get very easily overwhelmed at big stores like Goodwill. Even when I do take my time though I never seem to find anything. The only place I've really ever found anything is at Plato's Closet and it's been a while since I've even found anything there. I don't know how people find such beautiful pieces when I can't find anything at all! Maybe I should go more often, I know they put new stuff out all the time. Or maybe it's because I live in such a big metro area and everyone else gets to the good stuff before me, lol. Hopefully I'll have better luck in my hometown the next time I go back :]
Does anyone have any good thrifting secrets?
